• Position: Engineering Manager (HVAC) - Up to $7,000 - Bukit Batok

• Location: Bukit Batok

• Working hours: Monday to Friday - 8.30AM to 5.30PM

• Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $7,000 + AWS + Variable Bonus + 16 Days of Annual leave 

• Duration: Perm

• Industry: ACMV

Main Responsibilities:

• Lead new product development and enhance existing HVAC and cleanroom products.

• Conduct testing, analyze results, and prepare detailed reports.

• Manage product certification processes (e.g., ISO, safety standards).

• Maintain and uphold ISO 9001 certification requirements.

• Provide technical expertise to the sales team and customers.

• Assist production in optimizing manufacturing processes, reducing costs, and improving productivity.

• Oversee the engineering team, ensuring alignment with company objectives and individual employee growth.

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

• Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing, preferably with HVAC or cleanroom experience

• Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office

• Willing to travel when required

• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
