JOB DESCRIPTION
Primary Responsibilities:
Maintain accurate records and information of all tenant’s information and Tenancy Agreements to ensure smooth generation of invoices at the start of each month and records are up to date.
Generate GIRO collections requests for Finance Shares Services to ensure timely collections.
Bridge the gaps between Finance Shared Services and Tenants on payment reconciliation, discrepancies, security deposit and any issues arising from invoicing, promptly.
Generate ad-hoc invoices for out-of-scope services and credit notes for approval.
Assist the reporting manager to maintain and track Tenants on repayment plans including follow up with Tenants on rental collection and escalation to stakeholders/management for follow-up actions.
Secondary Responsibilities:
Generate/forecast rental revenue for upper management.
Works closely with Accommodations colleagues to maintain a list of empty units for sales.
Draft, review and finalise Tenancy Agreements for new and renewing Tenancy Agreements.
Track and follow-up closely with Tenants to ensure that tenancy agreement is submitted and properly documented.
Perform any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Diploma/Degree, preferably in Business Management, Accountancy or a related discipline
1 – 3 years of relevant working experience, with the ability to work independently and with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and the Microsoft Office 365 suite of applications
Ability to read and interpret Audited Financial Statements will be an advantage
