1. Sales Admin Assistant

• Salary: $2800 - $3000

• Working Days: Mon – Fri | 8.30am – 6pm

• Working Location: Ang Mo Kio

Job Responsibilities:

• To assist senior in administrative duties

• Prepare Tax Invoices, P.O., Data Entry & monthly inventory

• To liaise with customers & suppliers on orders, delivery, shipments, AR & AP

• Liaise with freight, media & printing companies

• Any other duties and assignments from the superior as required

• Attend to walk-in customers

Requirements:

• Min, 2 years of administrative/relevant work experience

• Familiar with MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

• Familiar with ISO 9001

2. Customer Service Executive

• Working Hours: 9am - 6pm

• Working Day: 5 days work (Mon - Fri)

• $ 2800 - $ 3200

• Paya Lebar

Responsibilities:

• Perform a variety of tasks to offer exceptional service to customers.

• Communicating with customers over the phone, WhatsApp and emails.

• Handle Enquiries and Requests.

• Filing / Documents Management.

Requirements:

• O Level

• At least one year of relevant working experiences

3. Indoor Sales Admin

• 5 days & 1 half Sat per month 

• Working hours: 8.30am - 5.50pm (Mon to Fri); 8.30am – 12.50pm (1 Sat per month)

• Salary: $2500 -$3000 

• Location: Pioneer Sector Walk, Singapore 627897 (Transport pickup at West area)

4. Sales Support Admin

• 5 days, 9am- 5.45pm

• Salary: $2800- $3500 

• Address: Beach Road (Nicole Highway / bugis)

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or equivalent in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, Marketing or related fields is preferred.

• Proficient in MS Excel (Pivot table & Vlookup) and Word

• 2-3 years of relevant hands-on experience in sales support
