Key Responsibilities:
Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the freight forwarding industry.
Follow up on sales leads and maintain consistent communication with clients to understand their logistics requirements.
Collaborate with operations and customer service teams to ensure seamless shipment execution and customer satisfaction.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
Attend client meetings, industry trade shows, and networking events as needed.
Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to the company’s overall revenue growth.
Stay updated on market trends, pricing changes, and competitor activities.
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.
Requirements:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry (fresh graduates with no experience are welcome to apply).
Strong interest in developing a career in sales and international logistics.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
Self-motivated, results-driven, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Knowledge of Incoterms and air/sea freight documentation is a plus.
