Our client, a leading healthcare institution, is seeking a proactive and detail-oriented individual to join their team. In this role, you will support the smooth operations and continuous improvement of clinics facilities by managing maintenance, biomedical equipment, and renovation projects.
You will work closely with contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance, safety, and timely delivery of projects. Job Summary:
Working hours: 8am – 5.30pm (Monday – Thursday), 8am – 5pm (Friday)

Key Responsibilities:
Facilities Management: Oversee clinic facility maintenance in compliance with regulations, manage contracts, budgeting, outsourcing, and performance reviews. Ensure timely maintenance and continuous improvement.
Biomedical Equipment (BME): Monitor and manage preventive maintenance, coordinate repairs, and handle licensing renewals for medical equipment.
Project & Renovation Coordination: Support renovation and development projects from planning to completion. Prepare proposals, budgets, and documentation; manage risks, timelines, and reporting.
Administrative & Financial Support: Handle project-related admin tasks, process invoices and claims, and liaise with stakeholders, vendors, and finance teams.
Requirements:
Degree in Architecture, Engineering (Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical), Building Science, or Facilities Management.
2–3 years of relevant experience in facilities or project management.
Proficient in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office, and project management software (an advantage).
Knowledge of Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) requirements is preferred.
Strong communication, writing, and interpersonal skills.
A team player with a positive attitude and ability to multi-task and work independently.
High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
