Job Description
Maintain and update production orders and invoices using SAP ERP System
Verify production orders and invoices with supervisors
Perform cost transfers for orders and invoices
Conduct departmental cost analyses and draw meaningful insights
Create production plans and reports, and management presentation decks
Understand and resolve basic HR and business-related issues
Other ad hoc duties as required
Key Requirements:
O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related fields.
At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in admin, or a related field, preferably in the F&B industry or manufacturing.
Able to work during weekends, 5 days work week, rotational schedule
