Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily quality checks on calibration tools used by the QC team to ensure compliance with quality standards.

• Assist the supervisor in verifying the accuracy of QC reports during shift transitions.

• Carry out routine inspections—including incoming, in-process, and outgoing—according to customer specifications and engineering drawings.

• Perform inspections using digital forms via iPad.

• Conduct specific customer-required inspections through the ERP system.

• Execute inspections for various stages such as incoming raw materials, in-process crate checks, and outbound shipments, as per customer requirements.

• Handle non-conformance crate reporting using SAP.

• Coordinate and communicate effectively with internal teams including operations packers, admin staff, and logistics coordinators.

• Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the Supervisor, Executive, or Manager.
  

Requirements:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook).

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a warehousing or logistics environment.

• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and detail-oriented work environment.

• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.

• Willingness to work overtime on weekdays and weekends, with at least 50% weekend commitment.
