Executive - Process order, billing/ Invoice (SAP/ Pivot/ VLOOKUP) - #1110848

Responsibilities

• Managed vendor orders for upcoming shipments.

• Reviewed purchase contracts and facilitated issuance of Letters of Credit when required.

• Coordinated and prepared trade documentation to ensure compliance.

• Generated invoices, packing lists, and Bills of Lading (B/L) for forwarders and customers prior to shipment.

• Processed Purchase Orders (POs), managed product returns, and recorded sales entries in SAP.

• Oversaw Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) for trade transactions.
  

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma in any field.

• At least 1years of relevant experiences on Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)

• Customer oriented with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• SAP knowledge or Pivot table or VLOOKUP
