Job Responsibilities:
Setup and operate DMG 5-axis machine.
Conduct in process measurement and ensure product's quality.
Perform daily machine maintenance.
Troubleshoot machine breakdown and program error.
Ensure cleanliness, monitor process & machines discrepancy.
Carry out continuous improvement program.
Job Requirements:
Min. N / O level or any technical qualification in Precision Machining.
Minimum 4-5 years of CNC Machine working experience
Able to operate Double Column and DMG 5-axis machine.
Basic knowledge on CNC milling programming and HEIDENHAIN programming.
Under standard mechanical drawing, assembly and part level.
