Account Manager / Senior Account Manager
The ideal candidate will have sales experience with a terrific reputation for overachieving goals while focusing on the customer. This individual should be prepared to develop and execute against a territory coverage plan and consistently deliver on revenue targets.
The ideal candidate should possess both a sales and lead development/new account engagement background that enables them to drive an engagement at all levels, management, operational and back-end teams. The Account Manager will be an exceptionally strong analytical thinker who is likely to have IT sales experience at vendor / SI level in the IT market and embraces all aspects of selling.
Roles & Responsibilities
Drive revenue and market share in a defined territory to meet or exceed annual revenue targets.
Develop and execute against a territory/sales plan that leads to the creation and maintenance of a robust sales pipeline
Manage numerous accounts concurrently & strategically
Create and articulate compelling value propositions with the Public Sector, specifically within the Higher Education, National Security and Defense segments.
Accelerate customer adoption through education and engagement.
Assist customers in identifying use cases for priority adoption of AI/HPC infrastructure as well as best-practice implementations.
Develop long-term strategic relationships with key accounts

Essentials:
Minimum 3 years of experience in the IT industry, with at least 2 years in a quota-carrying sales position.
Good understanding of the IT hardware market and a healthy interest in AI/HPC trends and developments.
Independent, resourceful, with good analytical and communication skills.
Bilingual abilities in English and Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and suppliers.
Should possess a minimum of Diploma/Bachelor’s in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related discipline.
Plus:
Prior experience in Education / Defense / Public Sector account management
Demonstrated history of constant achievement and overachievement of KPIs set
