Our Client:

• Manufacturing Industry

• Monday - Friday, 8.30am - 5.30pm

• East - Tampines

• Basic UP $3000 + OT Pay

• 1 Year Contract

Responsibilities:

• Provide IT helpdesk support to internal users, including remote troubleshooting.

• Set up laptops, configure Active Directory (AD) profiles, and manage user accounts (creation, modification, termination).

• Manage IT assets such as inventory, device issuance, and labelling.

• Support server room operations, infrastructure health checks, backups, and network monitoring.

• Troubleshoot computer, printer, and manufacturing system issues; escalate when needed.

• Perform routine permission reviews, maintain security trackers, and support compliance/audit requirements.

• Assist with security tasks (vulnerability scans, risk monitoring, security logs).

• Run basic SQL queries to extract data and assist with root cause analysis of recurring issues.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Information Technology or relevant studies

• 1 Year of IT Support Experience
