HRIS System analyst (3 months renewable) - #1110760

We are seeking an experienced HRIS Project Manager to lead and deliver the implementation, enhancement, or migration of our HRIS. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR technology, project management, and change management, and will play a critical role in aligning the HRIS solution with business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead end-to-end project management to implement Time Attendance System and its integration with HRIS
Collaborate with internal stakeholders including HR, IT, Payroll, Finance, and external vendors to ensure project alignment and success.
Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, budgets, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies.
Conduct needs assessments, gap analysis, and process mapping to ensure system configuration supports HR operational requirements.
Facilitate workshops, training, and stakeholder engagement sessions to support system adoption.
Oversee testing, UAT, data migration, and cutover planning.
Ensure compliance with data privacy, security, and regulatory standards.
Track and report progress to senior leadership, identifying roadblocks and proactively addressing issues.
Key Requirements:
Minimum 5 years of HRIS project management experience.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or related field.
Systems Knowledge: Proven experience with one or more major HRIS platforms.
Project Skills: Strong command of project management and change management.
Soft Skills: Excellent stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and deliver outcomes within a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
