Key Responsibilities
Develop and propose integrated marketing plans and ideas for new campaigns, product launches, and brand initiatives (online, offline, and mobile).
Execute marketing activities across retail, digital, and event channels.
Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely rollout of campaigns and delivery of marketing materials.
Assist in writing and presenting marketing proposals, campaign briefs, and post-campaign performance reports.
Create and manage content for social media platforms, websites, and email newsletters.
Monitor and report on campaign performance, KPIs, and ROI with suggestions for improvement.
Support trade marketing activities such as in-store promotions, POSMs, and visual merchandising.
Maintain marketing inventory and ensure proper distribution of materials.
Assist in event planning and coordination.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned by the management.
Requirements
Minimum NITEC or Diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
1–2 years of relevant experience in marketing, ideally in retail, FMCG, or startup environments.
Experience in writing marketing proposals and preparing campaign presentations is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace.
Familiarity with digital marketing tools (e.g., Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO/SEM) is an advantage.
Good communication skills, creativity, and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently in a fast-paced setting.
Basic skills in design or video editing software (e.g., Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) are a bonus.
Passion or knowledge in gaming or consumer tech is an added advantage.
