Job Summary:
The Assistant Manager, Membership Operations is responsible for driving membership retention and growth, developing and streamlining processes, overseeing the execution of membership-related projects and campaigns, enhancing member experiences and offerings, and managing the Membership Operations and Administration budget.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead and motivate the Membership Operations team.
Oversee membership drives and ensure the effective and efficient review and development of end-to-end membership operational processes.
Spearhead membership initiatives to enhance membership management systems and streamline workflows, ensuring outstanding membership services delivery and exceptional customer’s experiences.
Work collaboratively with colleagues to enhance the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, enabling the collection and generation of valuable data that provides insights to boost membership retention and foster growth.
Develop reports and dashboards to track membership performance, define and implement key membership data processes, ensuring accurate capture and updates.
Improve member’s onboarding and renewal procedures.
Provide timely, professional administrative support for stakeholder engagement.
Ensure membership processes comply with data protection laws.
Oversee the HomeTeamNS Loyalty Rewards programme, including coordinating with tenants and partners on mobile receipt scanning for Rewards+ (HPoints) issuance, and managing the entire end-to-end process.
Job Requirements:
Proven successful track record in driving membership services and build successful loyalty programmes from large membership base.
Good business and administration sense and the ability to work on sales targets assigned
Good organizational, project and time management skills
Proven project management experience will be an advantage
Ability to thrive under work pressure, has a sharp eye for details and is extremely meticulous
Good problem-solving skills to overcome difficulties to programme or project execution
Able to think fast and be decisive. Skilled at multi-tasking and well organized
Possess excellent customer service
Excellent communications skills – both written and spoken
Strong Microsoft excel spreadsheet, word document and power-point proficiency and skills
