Job responsibilities:

• Manage and update our Learning Management System (LMS) — get hands-on with digital tools and help shape employee learning journeys

• Create fun, engaging online training content to help others grow

• Support and coordinate leadership development programs and employee engagement activities

• Be involved in onboarding new hires, assisting with HR admin, and making employees feel welcomed

• Play a part in building our employer brand through social media and creative content

Requirements:

• A degree in Business, HR, Communications, or related field is preferred — but if you’ve got the drive, we want to hear from you

• A positive attitude and eagerness to learn — we’re here to support you as you grow

• Comfortable with digital platforms (experience with tools like LMS or ChatGPT is a bonus!)

• Great communicator and team player with good organizational skills
