Responsibilities:
Receive and inspect all incoming materials, reconcile with order requirements, e.g. Delivery Notes and other documents. Immediately inform Store Assistant of any abnormalities in the orders.
Pack, prepare and check the finished goods and all the necessary dispatch documentations (authorised release note, etc.) for timely dispatch to ensure meeting the targeted delivery plan.
Work closely with Planner on weekly launching of raw materials and tooling to production line to ensure smooth flow of operations and delivery schedules are met.
Monitor and control to ensure accurate and efficient stock movement and inventory level.
Perform Final view inspection, kitting processes and customer’s eyes inspection for delivery to customer.
Maintain good housekeeping and ensure safety & compliance within the work function responsibilities
Carry out duties as assigned by superior.
Requirements:
Min NITEC qualification or equivalent
Prior experience in Store/warehouse or inspection role would be an advantage.
Able to communicate, read & write in English.
Good housekeeping practise.
