Responsibilities

• Carry out comprehensive client assessments and provide follow-up on decisions and recommendations.

• Perform required visits, including both scheduled and unscheduled home visits.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of case management, support programmes and activities provided to clients.

• Prepare and submit accurate reports promptly for operational needs, case reviews and discussions.
