Job Description:

• Provide technical support and guidance to ERP Users/ Superusers.

• Maintain, configure and troubleshoot the ERP system to meet business needs.

• Support ERP-related projects throughout the entire life cycle, from initial intake to post-implementation support.

• Support enhanced process activities, refurbishment, warehousing, lot management, customer owned inventory.

• Generate comprehensive reports and perform data analysis to support strategic business decision-making.

• Handle Post Project hyper care activities in MRP, cycle counts and other upcoming system related projects.
