Responsibilities
Support bumping process integration activities for assigned products, covering both Dry and Wet processes.
Assist in monitoring and maintaining Statistical Process Control (SPC) and Fault Detection & Classification (FDC) systems to ensure process stability and product quality.
Prepare and maintain SPC charts for NPW, NPI offload devices, and live production, including creating SPC charts for offload devices and performing quarterly control limit reviews.
Perform control plan and OCAP updates, production flow updates and creation, and update recipes in flow when required.
Establish new device recipe linkage in CIM dashboard.
Conduct process mapping, lot history checks, and create NPW flows.
Support the preparation and arrangement of devices for Failure Analysis (FA) and Reliability (REL) testing, including shipping wafers and coordinating rework-related items.
Create and manage SWRs (Specification Waiver Requests) as needed.
Compile and support other customer or audit-related PPK reports.
Participate in UAT testing, support automation and FDC collection plan updates, and assist with customer audits and special projects.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve process-related issues.
Required to work on a shift schedule to support production and engineering activities.
Requirements
Diploma or ITE in Engineering, Materials Science, or a related field.
Knowledge of Statistical Process Control (SPC), CpK/PpK analysis, and process monitoring tools.
