Foundry Operations Manager (Start-up Environment) - #1110423

My client is looking for an Foundry Operation Manager with solid background to set up a new fab and drive production excellence.

Responsibilities:

• Lead overall fab operations to ensure safe, efficient, and high-quality wafer production.

• Drive new fab setup, tool installation, qualification, and smooth ramp-up to mass production.

• Manage production planning, manpower, and KPIs (yield, cycle time, cost).

• Work with Process, Equipment, and QA teams to solve issues and improve performance.

• Develop and coach engineers, section managers, and operators.

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or related field.

• Proven track record in setting up new fabs and ramping to high volume manufacturing.

• Strong knowledge of foundry processes .

• 5+ years in wafer fab / foundry operations, with at least 2 years in management.

• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
