Responsibilities:
Technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network-related issues.
Install and configure software/hardware, system upgrades and patch installations.
Maintain inventory of all hardware/software & assist implementation of IT policies and procedures.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
Provide training and support to end-users on new technology.
Maintain IT helpdesk system and resolution of support tickets in ASIAN region.
Continuously monitor and improve the performance of IT systems.
Requirements:
Degree in Computer/Information Technology with 2 years in IT support.
Experience in Windows Desktop, Servers OS, network troubleshooting and administration.
Proficient in Share Point Power Automate and PowerBi and Active Directory.
Willing to travel within ASEAN region when neccesary.
