Lead Site Commissioning Engineer / Commissioning Manager

About the Role
We’re seeking an experienced commissioning leader to manage telecom, ICT, and navigational system integration on offshore platforms and vessels (FPSOs, rigs, facilities). You’ll oversee end-to-end commissioning—from planning and execution to client handover—while leading site teams and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and execute commissioning of ICT, telecom, and navigation systems

• Oversee integration with control/automation systems

• Coordinate with vendors, construction, and client teams

• Ensure compliance with HSE, cybersecurity, and classification society standards

• Lead and mentor commissioning engineers/technicians on site

• Provide documentation, training, and operational handover

Requirements

• Degree/Diploma in Electronics, Telecom, or ICT Engineering

• 8–10 years’ site commissioning experience in marine/offshore oil & gas

• Strong knowledge of telecom, navigation, and ICT networks (IP, VLAN, cybersecurity)

• Familiar with FAT/SAT, offshore standards, and safety protocols (BOSIET/HUET a plus)

• Strong leadership and troubleshooting skills
