Construction manager with Civil/MEP experience will oversee site construction and installation
Lead construction projects from planning to final build
Ensuring projects meet GMP, cleanroom, safety, and regulatory standards.
Responsibilities include developing execution plans, managing budgets and timelines, supervising subcontractors, coordinating with stakeholders (engineers, authorities), conducting inspections, resolving site issues, and maintaining detailed project records for seamless execution and compliance within a high-specification environment
Lead and manage all phases of construction and installation, ensuring alignment with project goals, timelines, and budgets.
Ensure all construction, including civil and Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) works, adheres to strict pharmaceutical standards, including Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), cleanroom protocols, and all applicable regulatory requirements.
Establish and enforce comprehensive site safety protocols and procedures to maintain a safe work environment.
Conduct regular inspections and quality checks to ensure the work meets specifications and standards for a pharmaceutical facility.
Liaise with clients, internal teams, architects, engineers, contractors, and government authorities to ensure project alignment and smooth progress.
Oversee and manage the allocation of project resources, materials, and equipment.
Proactively identify and resolve site-related issues and potential obstacles to prevent delays and maintain project quality.
Prepare and maintain accurate progress reports, project records, and safety documentation for all project stakeholders.
Technical knowledge in relevant construction disciplines, particularly civil and MEP works, for pharmaceutical facilities.
Proven experience in managing construction or installation in high-specification environments, such as process plants or pharmaceutical chemical facilities.
In-depth understanding and practical application of GMP and cleanroom construction standards.
Ability to lead and coordinate construction teams and subcontractors effectively.
Excellent communication skills to effectively manage stakeholders and teams.
Ability to foresee potential challenges and proactively develop solutions.
Experience with permit applications and approvals, and compliance with industry regulations.
