Pan-Malayan Pharmaceuticals Pte Ltd is seeking an Sales Rep (Key Account Executives) to join our dynamic Sales team. As an Sales Rep, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our sales record and ensuring the smooth operation of our sales processes. This full-time position offers an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
Key Performance Indicators:
Active coverage of accounts through building strong relationships, visits/another engagements & strategy/activity plan.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs for assigned accounts and territory.
Customer acquisition to POM and retention to meet platform growth targets.
Identifying areas of new business opportunities within current client relationships & explore new spaces for sales & products or categories.
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key stakeholders (e.g., decision-makers, procurement officers, healthcare professionals)
Job Responsibilities and Duties
Manage customer acquisition and retention programmes with CRM & active use of sales data
Forge/Maintain relationships with new and key business partners
Gather market intelligence on market trends, business opportunities and competitor audit
Work with supporting departments to improve our services based on customer feedback
Leverage on internal resources and technology to optimize the customer experience
Regular weekly & monthly updates
Create and manage business plans for key accounts, including forecasts and sales pipelines.
Analyse customer data, market trends, and competitor activity to develop effective account strategies.
Serve as the main point of contact for strategic accounts.
