Job Description:
Manage telephone enquiries professionally and reply all enquiries on timely basis.
Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
Handle all after-sales enquiries including bookings on WhatsApp via CRM system.
Liaise with relevant departments and customers to ensure the post sales coating are scheduled, coordinated and followed up accordingly.
Create and update customers’ data and information via CRM.
Familiarize with CRM system and utilize effectively to engage customers.
Any other duties assigned by the management.
Job Requirement:
Higher Nitec & Above.
2 years' or more experience in Customer service related positions.
Proficient in spoken and written English Service-oriented
Proficient in Ms Office and expected to attain proficiency in CRM system.
