Key Responsibilities:
Strategic Execution & Resource Planning: Understand company strategy and evaluate resources based on business goals. Develop long-term and short-term operational strategies and execution plans, clarify departmental responsibilities, allocate resources effectively, and drive business objectives.
Data-Driven Decision Support: Establish monitoring systems, track key performance indicators, analyze data, generate reports, and provide actionable insights to optimize operational processes.
Product & Customer Operations: Analyze market trends and customer needs, optimize product offerings, enhance supply-demand matching, design tailored customer acquisition and retention strategies, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve business targets.
Team Management: Build and maintain team structure based on business needs, oversee recruitment, task allocation, and training. Monitor employee development, conduct performance evaluations, and organize skill-building programs to enhance team capabilities.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Maintain close communication with multiple departments, coordinate issue resolution, and facilitate information sharing through regular cross-functional meetings to improve overall operational efficiency.
Industry Insights & Innovation: Monitor industry trends and competitor activities, identify opportunities for operational innovation, and support the development of forward-looking strategies to enhance market competitiveness.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in B2B operations and management, with prior team management experience preferred.
Strong understanding of operational workflows, with excellent data analysis and decision-making skills.
Exceptional communication, coordination, and team management abilities, with proven cross-functional collaboration skills.
High sense of responsibility, risk awareness, and ability to handle complex challenges effectively.
Proficiency in business English for international communication, negotiations, and collaborations.
Overseas work experience is a plus; experience in fresh food supply chains is highly desirable.
