Job Title: Senior Warehouse Storekeeper
Job Location: West (Sunview, Joo Koon)
Job Type: Full-Time, on-site
Working Hours: 8.30am – 5.30pm, Flexi Time and 5 days’ work including 1 day weekend
Salary Range: $2,300 – $2,500 per month
Availability: Immediate

The Role: 

• Assist in coordinating daily warehouse activities.

• Guide and support warehouse staff to ensure tasks are completed accurately and on time.

• Monitor team attendance, work discipline, and basic task compliance.

• Ensure warehouse processes follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Help maintain accurate inventory and report stock discrepancies.

• Assist the Warehouse Supervisor with daily warehouse tasks and operations.

• Report any operational issues, damages, or incidents to the supervisor promptly.

• Assist in the training of new staff on basic warehouse procedures and safety practices.

Requirements:

·        At least 2-3 years of working experience in a warehouse or logistics environment (FMCG / Retail / 3PL).

·        Some experience in guiding or overseeing small teams or acting team lead.

·        Familiarity with warehouse processes and material handling equipment is an added advantage.

·        Require carrying and handle items during warehouse tasks.
