Responsibilities:
Monitoring of projects status and timely delivery of customer service
Liaise/Update customer on project implementation and status
Raise ordering form/work orders to suppliers/contractors
Compile reports for management review
Schedule and lead project meetings and take ownership of the follow up.
Ensure project milestones are met, monitor activities that are out of timeline and perform escalation if required.
Handle and ensure vendors work is completed accordingly and assist with any billing issue from vendor.
Close work orders upon project delivery and UAT sign off.
Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior from time to time.
Role Requirements:
At least 4 years’ working experience in passive and active infrastructure
Strong technical knowledge of passive/active infrastructure and Data Centre operation
Good understanding of Networking knowledge, e.g. WAN/LAN, TCP/IP etc
Understanding of Enterprise ICT solutions, IOT, Edge Cloud etc.
Familiar with site deployment of in-building telco’s facilities and assets
Ability to work independently and collaboratively with contractors, colleagues and Data Centre
Independent, self-driven, highly customer focused and able to work under high-pressure environment, especially during emergency restoration of telecommunications services
Good communication skills, keen to learn and a team player
