Key Accountabilities
Planning & achieving sales objectives & monthly sales target
Able to present and introduce product/ services with in-depth knowledge
Liaise with affiliates to grow new sales and provide technical support, as and when required
Pre-sales preparation such as preparing project budgetary prices, quotations, costings, completion of technical specifications, delivering catalogues and engineering data to affiliates.
Prepare sales and delivery order, update delivery schedule and ensure goods are delivered on schedule, as and when required
Handle affiliates complaints and subsequently coordinate and follow up with internal departments to resolve issues
Manage good customer relationship with existing clients
Any adhoc duties as assigned by supervisor
Requirements
Degree in Mechanical / Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related discipline.
Willing to travel with APEC regions (30%)
Proactive and influential personality with ability to persuade and drive decisions
Ability to create and deliver compelling presentations
Effective verbal and written communication skills
