Position: Programme Associate

Location: Punggol

Work Objectives

As a Programme Associate, you will provide critical administrative and operational support across all pillars, ensuring the smooth implementation of programmes and services. You will directly contribute to the Community Engagement and Awareness & Advocacy Pillars by supporting stakeholder interaction and event coordination. In addition, you will assist with logistical and programmatic functions for the Service Excellence Pillar, facilitating efficient workflows, data management and programme delivery. By collaborating with team members, advisors and stakeholders, you will play a key role in advancing our mission to foster resilience, inclusivity and recovery in youth mental health services.


Key Responsibilities

Administrative and Logistical Support

  • Oversee the day-to-day management of the hub’s facilities to ensure a safe, functional and welcoming environment.

  • Provide logistical and administrative support for team activities, including client-related programmes and events.

  • Maintain accurate data and documents in accordance with prevailing personal data protection and security guidelines.

  • Manage data collation, report generation and timely submission of quarterly reports in compliance with programme requirements.

  • Process claims and monitor programme expenses, ensuring alignment with allocated budgets and organisational requirements.


Team Support and Training Coordination

  • Coordinate training schedules for team members in consultation with the Programme Lead and Senior Allied Health Professionals.

  • Facilitate onboarding for new staff, ensuring administrative setup and orientation schedules are completed efficiently.


Community Engagement and Advocacy

  • Assist in coordinating and organising outreach and engagement events with community partners and agencies.

  • Engage with stakeholders during events and activities to foster collaboration and inclusivity.

  • Support the execution of advocacy initiatives aligned with the Awareness & Advocacy Pillar, reducing stigma and promoting mental health awareness.


Operational Contributions

  • Actively participate in team discussions to improve workflows and service delivery.

  • Assist with any additional duties as assigned to support team and organisational goals.


Job Requirements

  • Qualifications:

    • Diploma in Business Administration, Social Services or a related field is preferred.

  • Experience:

    • Prior experience in administrative, coordination or programme support roles.

  • Skills:

    • Strong organisational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.

    • Proficiency in data management, report generation, and operational workflows.

    • Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage with stakeholders and team members.

  • Attributes:

    • Passionate about mental health advocacy and committed to creating inclusive communities.

    • Proactive, detail-oriented and adaptable in addressing dynamic needs.
