The Senior/Executive, Compensation and Benefits, is responsible for assisting, developing, implementing, and managing compensation and benefits programs that align with the company’s objectives and attract, retain, and motivate employees. This role involves analysing compensation data, conducting benchmarking studies, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, and supporting overall HR initiatives at BreadTalk Group.

  AREAS OF KEY FOCUS

  • Conduct regular compensation and benefits benchmarking and market analysis to ensure market and industry competitiveness

  • Analyse job descriptions evaluations and classifications, and make recommendation for salary offers

  • Support performance appraisal exercise, and administer reward distribution

  • Participate in design of rewards strategies aligned with Company’s objectives

  • Implement and administer employee benefits schemes, such as medical and insurance benefits etc

  • Plan and organise employee wellness and engagement activities

  • Identify and implement process improvements in compensation and benefits function

  • Conduct periodic compensation audit

  • Prepare regular reports and presentations on compensation and benefits trends, cost and other related metrics

  • Partner and liaise with internal HR teams and external vendors on benefits-related matters.

  • Ensure adherence to company policies and statutory requirements in all C&B matters

Requirements

  • Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in compensation and benefits or related HR functions. Fresh HR graduates eager to learn and build a career in Compensation & Benefits / Human Resource are welcomed to apply.

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field. IHRP certification will be an advantage

  • Demonstrated high proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with working knowledge in advanced functions for data management, reporting, and analytics.

  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work with large sets of data and identify trends

  • High attention to detail, with strong analytical, organizational and time-management skills

  • Strong knowledge of local employment regulations and statutory requirements
