We’re looking for a Senior HR Executive (Singapore) to support our HR operations, drive our talent strategy, champion employee engagement, and ensure smooth day-to-day HR practices that keep our business running efficiently. Location: Singapore
Industry: Oil & Gas Retail (Petrol Stations & Convenience Stores)
Salary Range: SGD 3,500 – 4,500/month (commensurate with experience)
Key Responsibilities
· Support end-to-end HR operations for Singapore, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll, tax, performance appraisal, and benefits administration.
· Assist in implementing HR policies, procedures, and systems to ensure compliance with Singapore’s labour laws and regulations and support company growth.
· Drive employee engagement and retention initiatives.
· Advise and provide timely reports to senior management on organisational design and workforce planning strategies.
· Coordinate training, development, and employee engagement activities.
· Maintain accurate HR records, reports, and documentation for audits and compliance.
· Manage office administration and vendor relationships (e.g. service providers, software, office supplies) to ensure smooth operations.
Ideal Candidate
Minimum 3–5 years’ HR experience, preferably in retail, oil & gas, or multi-location operations.
Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and HR practices.
Hands-on, detail-oriented, and proactive problem solver.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust across teams.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
