Key Responsibilities
Account Management
Manage key accounts such as NTUC FairPrice, Sheng Siong, Cold Storage, Giant, 7-Eleven, Cheers, etc.
Develop annual joint business plans with retailers to drive sales and profitability.
Negotiate listings, pricing, promotions, rebates, and trading terms.
Sales & Revenue Growth
Deliver volume, sales, and distribution targets.
Monitor sell-in/sell-out data and optimize stock replenishment.
Identify new distribution opportunities within modern trade.
Trade Marketing & Promotions
Plan and execute promotions, seasonal campaigns, and new product launches.
Ensure planogram compliance, shelf space expansion, and secondary display visibility.
Work with marketing team on consumer promotions, in-store activations, and sampling.
Business Analysis
Track category performance, competitor activities, and pricing benchmarks.
Provide sales forecasting, budget planning, and ROI evaluation of promotions.
Present insights and action plans to management regularly.
Cross-functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain to ensure timely delivery and inventory management.
Coordinate with marketing for trade campaigns and brand activations.
Support finance on pricing, credit control, and claims settlement.
Relationship Building
Maintain strong professional relationships with buyers, category managers, and store operations.
Act as first point of contact for all modern trade business matters.
