Contract Duration: 3 Months
Job scope:
Primary Responsibilities
Manage stakeholder invitations, RSVPs, and guest lists for engagement events.
Draft communications materials (emails, event collaterals) and handle stakeholder communications.
Maintain stakeholder database and updated contact lists.
Provide event management and logistics support (e.g., venue arrangements).
Secondary Responsibilities
Assist in managing relationships with external stakeholders (healthcare institutions, government agencies, private sector, overseas partners).
Support stakeholder meetings and prepare related materials.
Assist in desktop research on global affairs related to communicable diseases.
Requirements:
Degree holder, preferably in the field of Political Science, Communications, Life Sciences / Public Health, Business or other Arts/Social Science disciplines.
Experience in coordinating VIP guest lists, managing RSVPs, and handling stakeholder communications for corporate/government events.
Proficiency in graphic design software such as Canva, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator is optional but desirable.
Prior experience in events management, stakeholder engagement or international relations would be an advantage
