Job Scope:
Manage and grow key customer accounts in the semiconductor sector.
Build strong relationships with clients, acting as main point of contact.
Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
Drive sales growth through upselling, cross-selling, and new opportunities.
Handle contract negotiation, pricing, and commercial terms with clients.
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and account plans.
Monitor market trends, competitors, and customer developments.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, product, supply chain, customer service) to ensure smooth project execution.
Address customer issues promptly and ensure high satisfaction.
Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to company revenue growth.
Job Requirements:
Degree/Diploma in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
At least 3 – 5 years of sales or account management experience, preferably in the semiconductor or electronics industry.
Strong customer relationship management and negotiation skills.
Good understanding of semiconductor market trends and customer needs.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Proactive, result-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
Willingness to travel for client meetings when required.
