Job Info:

• Salary: Gross up to $6,000 (inclusive of Basic, Allowances, Incentives, AWS & VB)

• Work Week: 6 days (own time, own target)

• Location: Office in Woodlands, with islandwide travel to designated areas

• Transport: Company van provided

• Industry: F&B

Job Scope:

• Sourced and secured tenants to maintain 100% stall occupancy

• Led a team of Senior Managers, Foodcourt Managers, and Supervisors to drive sales and outlet performance

• Oversaw daily operations of food courts and coffee shops, ensuring compliance with SOPs, hygiene, and service standards

• Managed landlord/authority relations, lease agreements, rental collection, and tenant performance

• Handled site sourcing, renovations, and business development with project teams

• Monitored outlet budgets, P&L, and implemented cost controls to improve profitability

• Conducted staff reviews, training, and disciplinary matters; ensured effective communication of policies

• Supervised tenants and contractors to maintain service quality, housekeeping, and safety compliance

• Prepared and submitted operational and financial reports to senior management

Job Requirements:

• Experience in food court management is an advantage

• Candidates with a restaurant background will also be considered; training will be provided

• Strong connections with vendors

• Must possess a valid Class 3 driving license
