Job Responsibilities:

• Work with Customer Service, Production, R&D, Warehouse, and Plating Subcontractors to ensure smooth operations.

• Plan and schedule production to optimize machinery and manpower use.

• Prepare weekly open order reports for review meetings.

• Issue work orders, track progress, and coordinate with teams to avoid delivery delays.

• Ensure timely issuance of raw materials and liaise with Purchasing for new material needs.

• Maintain safety stock levels to support uninterrupted production.

• Check work orders for completion and report any pending tasks.

• Assist with additional duties and special projects as needed.

• Track production progress and output to achieve targets.

Job Requirements:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Proficiency in planning software and MS Excel (advanced skills preferred).

• At least 2 years of experience in manufacturing planning, production scheduling, or supply chain management.

• Good communication and teamwork skills.
