Accounts Assistant (West/ Up to S$3,200) (ID: 677691) - #1109757

Responsibilities 

• Handle full invoicing process, including coordination with Customer Service to ensure timely and accurate billing.

• Manage accounts receivable: process customer payments, match against invoices, and follow up on discrepancies or overdue accounts.

• Prepare intercompany invoices, customer statements, and journal entries in ERP system.

• Maintain and update AR reports, cash book balances, and assist in monthly closings.

• Support year-end audits through document preparation and filing.

• Ensure accurate input and posting of AR transactions to accounting and GL modules.

Requirements 

• Possess at least Nitec in Accounting or equivalent 

• With a year of relevant experience, on supporting the accounts' function. 

• Has strong knowledge in Microsoft Excel. 

• Able to manage workload and meet deadlines efficiently.

• Company transport/ transportation allowance provided.
