As a Project Engineer (Roadworks), you will be responsible for the following duties:

• Support the Project Manager in overseeing project execution, including site activities, scheduling, risk management, and overall progress tracking to achieve project objectives.

• Coordinate the planning and implementation of construction works, ensuring alignment with project timelines and milestones.

• Prepare and submit project documentation such as work programs, method statements, design drawings, risk assessments, and regular progress reports.

• Supervise on-site works to ensure compliance with contractual specifications, approved drawings, quality standards, and workplace safety and environmental regulations.

• Liaise with clients, consultants, authorities, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve both technical and operational matters, with proper documentation of decisions and outcomes.

• Facilitate inspections, manage submission of technical reports, and maintain accurate project records. Assist the contracts team in certifying progress claims and payment applications.

• Participate in site and coordination meetings with stakeholders to monitor progress and address issues.

• Establish and maintain an effective document management system, reviewing design drawings, project specifications, and related materials.

• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by project leadership or management.

Requirements:

• Degree in Civil Engineering, recognised by Singapore Professional Engineers Board (PEB).

• At least 3 years of working experience in the LTA Roadworks
