Accounts Assistant

Location: Defu Lane / Pioneer

Working Days: Monday - Friday

Working hours : 8:30am - 5:30pm

Salary : $1800 to $2400 (subject to qualifications and experience)

Responsibilities

Handles daily AR (inclusive credit control) and AP functions
Assist in data entry of receipts and supplier invoices in accounting system
Monitoring outstanding invoices with customers
Preparation of payment to suppliers and customers
Handle AR/AP reconciliation
Housekeeping and filing of finance documents
Any other ad-hoc responsibilities assigned by the management, if any

Requirements

Candidate must possess at least Diploma in Finance/Accountancy or equivalent with at least 2 Year(s) of experience
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
