Your Role, Your Influence:

• Handle application, renewal, and cancellation of work permits for local and foreign workers

• Manage employee leave records, medical claims, and other expense reimbursements

• Oversee employee welfare initiatives and benefits administration

• Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR databases and personnel files

• Handle general office administration, including stationery supplies, banking arrangements, and more

• Handle Purchase Orders (PO), Delivery Orders (DO), Tax Invoices and liaise with the Accounts Department for payment processing

• Any ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirement:

• Min Diploma in HR, Business Administration or a related field is required

• No Experience are welcome
