What You’ll Do

• Manage new store builds, remodels & reinstatements

• Prepare budgets, track costs & ensure timely delivery

• Supervise contractors/vendors & verify quality of work

• Work with landlords/authorities for licenses & clearances

• Maintain layout drawings (AutoCAD) & documentation

What We’re Looking For

• Polytechnic Diploma with relevant contractor/technical experience

• 2–3 years in project management, contractor-side (F&B/retail preferred)

• Proficient in AutoCAD; project management tools a plus

• Strong technical, problem-solving & stakeholder management skills

• Independent, confident & hands-on
