Job Description:

• Oversee full spectrum of finance and reporting using ERP system.

• Prepare accurate monthly, quarterly, and year-end reports

• Manage, supervise, and coach the Finance team and Logistic Shipping Officer to drive performance and support growth

• Liaise directly with corporate secretariat and external auditors

• Drive process improvements and cost control initiative

• Ensure compliance with Singapore tax, audit, and statutory requirements

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or equivalent, or a professional qualification (e.g., ACCA, CPA, CA)

• Proven ability to lead daily financial operations hands-on, ensuring accuracy and operational efficiency

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail and a practical, action-oriented mindset

• At least 5 years of experience in financial management—ideally within the SME manufacturing sector

• Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Office, particularly Excel

• Capable of working independently and collaboratively in fast-paced, dynamic environments
