Key Responsibilities:
Process and manage sales orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.
Prepare quotes, sales proposals, and contracts in coordination with the sales team.
Maintain and update customer databases.
Liaise with internal departments (e.g., logistics, finance, marketing) to ensure sales operations run smoothly.
Track and report on sales metrics and performance data.
Respond to customer inquiries and provide support related to sales orders, pricing, and product availability.
Assist in preparing sales presentations, reports, and materials for client meetings.
Coordinate scheduling and communications for the sales team.
Support the onboarding process for new clients and maintain long-term customer relationships.
Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and quality standards.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Sales Administrator, Sales Support, or similar role.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism and customer service orientation.
