Accurately receive, process, and register customer bookings for company services, ensuring all details are captured timely
Offer suitable alternatives and identify opportunities to convert general enquiries into potential sales leads or recommend additional value-added services when appropriate
Respond to customer enquiries with consistent, accurate information on customs regulations, estimated transit times, pricing structures and service-related matters
Coordinate with Operations and other departments to resolve customer issues and queries promptly
Recommend improvements to procedures, systems, and services to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
Job Requirements:
O level and above
1-4 years of relevant experiences in Call Centre or Telesales environment
Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
Open to shift work, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
