About the role

Currently expanding, we are seeking experienced Senior / Site Engineers to join our dynamic team at Halex Construction Pte Ltd. As a Site Engineer, you will play a crucial role in the planning and execution of civil engineering projects within the West Region. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work on a variety of challenging projects, contributing to the growth and development of our company.

What you'll be doing

• Working onsite to oversee the whole construction process, in ensuring adherence to safety regulations, quality standards, and project timelines.

• Conducting site inspections and surveys to assess project requirements and identify potential challenges.

• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including project managers, clients and subcontractors to ensure the successful completion of projects.

• Preparing technical reports and documentation to support project management and decision-making.

• Attend site meetings as and when required.

What we're looking for

• A bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.

• Minimum 3 years of experience as a Civil Engineer in Singapore.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and find innovative solutions

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Proficiency in using AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.

• Independent, diligent and highly motivated.
