Senior/ Manager (Finance) - #1109505

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Senior/ Manager (Finance) to join our team. The role is hands-on, with a strong emphasis on financial reporting, internal controls, and audit preparation. The ideal candidate will bring a strong auditing background and hands-on experience in financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide oversight of finance operations to ensure efficiency, accuracy, and internal control.

• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.

• Lead internal audit preparations and ensure accuracy, compliance, and proper documentation of financial records.

• Monitor cash flow, working capital, and financial performance against budgets and forecasts.

• Implement, review, and enhance internal control processes, accounting policies, and procedures.

• Provide financial analysis and insights to support management decision-making and strategic planning.

• Supervise, mentor and guide finance team members to ensure timely and accurate reporting.

• Support corporate projects, including due diligence and IPO readiness, where applicable.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.

• Professional qualifications such as CFA/ CA would have added advantage.

• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in auditing, financial advisory or corporate finance.

• Strong technical knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks.

• Prior experience in IPO projects will be an added advantage.

• Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

• Ability to work under pressure and deliver results within tight deadlines.

• Proficient in financial modelling, forecasting and budgeting tools.
