Position: IT Manager
Working Days & Hours: 5 Days 8:30am -5:15pm
Location: Tuas Crescent (Company Transport provided, Pick-up points at Marsiling MRT Station & Jurong East MRT Station)
Salary: $5000 to $6500 depends on experience
Requirement:
Degree in Information Technology or 2 years relevant fields
Experienced working as a Systems Engineer, Network Engineer, Database Administrator, ERP Analyst & Security Analyst
Prior working experience in any ERP systems. Preferable Business One and Microsoft Business Central and MS NAV.
4 - 6 years’ experience in Programming, Specification, Software Design and Implementation of Application
Handled at least 1 ERP full SDLC implementation project.
Web and domain management
Desktop systems, windows server system support background.
Firewall and Security systems background.
Have working experience in MS/ SQL, Crystal Reports
Responsibilities:
Manage, implement and maintenance of all IT infrastructure components to ensure the smooth running of the daily operations.
Support all aspects of ERP software applications, enhancements, hardware upgrades, deployment locally and oversea.
Provide IT solutions that support our business operations and users’ requests. Develop technical designs, developing and maintaining software applications. Data mining, analysis and reporting using DB tools to improve overall efficiency.
To perform and oversees IT infrastructure, hardware installation, upgrades, changes, deployment locally and overseas.
To administer, monitor all applications databases to ensure optimal performance.
Lead and manage direct reports towards achievement of common goals including providing technical leadership to the team, and guides staff.
To manage IT sourcing or procurement of system enhancement, maintenance and operations support.
To design and maintain company public website.
To customize and enhance the Business One Sap ERP using crystal reporting tools and Microsoft Business Central.
Prepare report for HOD on current issues and cost saving with better efficiency and to attend monthly HOD meeting and report on the progress.
Prepare IT budget for new physical year.
To liaise with auditors for yearly audit requirement.
Front line support for SAP and Microsoft Business Central system and troubleshooting.
To make sure the QOW of IT is on par with the requirement and procedures for the company requirement.
To handle pre-implementation, selection and agreement arrangement with vendor for new implementation.
To train new IT personnel on the daily task and broaden up their IT skill for better support and collaboration to the company and staff.
Preparation for new price upload yearly affair for sales price, purchasing price and cost price for whole of XMH inclusive of its subsidiaries.
Update users on the current trend and issues happening in IT world via email for precautionary and information.
To administer, monitor all applications databases to ensure performance.
To manage IT department in a high efficient and cost-effective manner.
Yearly review on SOP, license and maintenance fees and all other charges.
