Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, Logistics, and Operations teams to enhance workflow efficiency and reduce operational errors.
• Lead the design and implementation of automation initiatives to minimize manual tasks and improve productivity.
• Develop and execute internal operational solutions to support new business models and sales strategies.
• Oversee the end-to-end vehicle registration process, including documentation, fee calculations, and system submissions via the Land Transport platform.
• Manage Certificate of Entitlement (COE) bidding and application processes.
• Ensure compliance with local vehicle trading regulations through accurate documentation and reporting.
• Conduct regular performance reviews to assess the effectiveness of new programs and initiatives.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects while meeting critical business deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Create and maintain internal process documentation and contribute to global process improvement initiatives.

Requirements:

• Experience in order operations, logistics operations, or any related field
• Valid Class 3 driving license required
