Job Responsibilities
Assist the Project Manager in planning, scheduling, and resource allocation for projects.
Supervise and coordinate daily site activities to ensure smooth project execution.
Liaise with clients, consultants, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve issues and meet project requirements.
Review and prepare technical documents, drawings, method statements, and reports.
Monitor project progress, track milestones, and escalate delays or risks to the Project Manager.
Assist in managing project budgets, claims, variation orders, and procurement of materials.
Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory requirements at all times.
Conduct site inspections and coordinate testing & commissioning activities.
Mentor and guide site engineers, supervisors, and technicians in their daily tasks.
Attend meetings with stakeholders and prepare minutes of meetings with follow-up action plans.
Job Requirements
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related Engineering discipline.
3–6 years of experience in M&E or construction project execution, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory/coordination role.
Familiarity with Singapore’s building codes, safety regulations, and construction practices.
Strong organizational, problem-solving, and leadership skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to manage stakeholders effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, MS Project, AutoCAD, or related project management software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
PMP or equivalent certification will be an advantage.
